This Soup Pot Bain-Marie is ideal for catering and hospitality professionals. It has a total capacity of 10 L and a usable capacity of 8 L. Additionally, its removable tank is made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and strength. Thanks to the half-opening of its lid, serving is greatly facilitated. Ideal for buffets, it keeps your soups or mulled wines warm. 

It is equipped with a thermostat graduated to 12 positions. Its temperature is adjustable up to a maximum of 98 °C. To ensure stability, it is equipped with non-slip pads.
