Salamander Grill - 400 V

This Salamander Grill is ideal for catering professionals. It features a salamander section for gratinating and grilling your preparations and a powerful grilling plate with two separately switchable heating zones. The temperature of the salamander can be adjusted up to 190°C and its heat regulated thanks to the adjustable height grid. The temperature range of the grilling plate, on the other hand, can be adjusted from 50°C to 300°C.

Furthermore, this salamander is equipped with an adjustable digital timer from 30 seconds to 100 minutes to grill and gratinate your dishes to perfection. It is also possible to program 6 durations. For impeccable hygiene, this appliance has a grease collection tray. It is made of stainless steel, a material that is both strong and durable.

Finally, this professional salamander grill is equipped with an on/off switch and a heating control indicator light.
