Ideal for catering professionals, this Positive Refrigerated Table is a highly reliable unit that combines quick access with an incredibly sturdy work surface. With 476 liters of usable net capacity, this refrigerated table can handle peak periods, and heavy-duty castors and stainless steel construction make cleaning at the end of service easy. Temperature control is also easy thanks to the integrated digital controls and display. The table features removable shelves that can be quickly replaced with GN trays - ideal for quick food rotation. Polar U-Series refrigerators are designed to reliably store your high-value products. Built to the highest commercial specifications, these appliances feature a powerful fan-assisted cooling system, ideal for reducing the risk of food spoilage while preserving flavor and nutritional value. If you plan to open your cabinet very frequently, the Polar U-Series refrigeration system reliably maintains a constant cold temperature in ambient temperatures up to 43°C.

The Polar U-Series Positive Refrigerated Table comes standard with four highly resistant adjustable shelves. It can accommodate GN 1/1 trays (sold separately). The unit comes standard with three trays. If you wish to add more trays or shelves, additional shelf supports are required - please see the Spare Parts and Accessories tab below. Kitchen appliances can also be placed on the worktop. Light machines such as blenders, food processors, and vacuum packaging machines can be used on the refrigerated table.
