Pizza Oven Compact - 2 Chambers

Ideal for catering professionals, this Compact Pizza Oven with 2 Cooking Chambers allows you to cook several pizzas of up to 39 cm in diameter. It has a refractory stone base for optimal cooking and crispy pizzas. Made of 18/0 stainless steel, it is a guarantee of robustness and durability. Its door with glass, on the other hand, can be opened without stopping the cooking process.

Furthermore, its chambers are heated by three efficient heating elements: one at the top, one at the bottom, and one between the two chambers. These can be adjusted independently from 50°C to 350°C. The appliance can therefore be used for cooking pizzas but also bread, lasagna, and other types of dishes. Compact, it is perfect for small kitchens or food trucks.

Moreover, it can operate in continuous mode or with a timer. The latter can be set up to 120 minutes. Once the time is up, it stops heating. Finally, the oven is equipped with a power cable approximately 1.7 m long with an earthed plug.
