The grilling plate is made of steel and smooth, the exterior is made of 18/10 stainless steel on 4 plastic feet with adjustable jacks. This plancha is very easy to use as it only has two buttons: On/Off and Thermostat. Additionally, it has a safety indicator. Its temperature in electric version is variable from 50°C to 300°C.
