Ideal for catering professionals, this Professional Gas Crepe Maker from the Comfort range is perfectly suited for regular to intensive use. Robust and durable, it has a stainless steel frame and a 40 cm diameter cast iron plate certified for food contact. For even heat distribution, this plate has a large diameter 8-branch burner.

Additionally, it features a built-in spark ignition in its protected control knob and automatic temperature regulation function for the plate. The temperature can be adjusted between 50°C and 300°C for precise cooking. To prevent heat loss, the burner is thermally insulated.

Finally, this appliance includes a reinforced front panel for easy cleaning and better resistance. Its wide feet provide excellent stability.

This crepe maker complies with CE European standards.
