This Gas Fryer with Wheels is ideal for catering professionals. It has a tank with a capacity of 21 L and has 2 baskets of L 165 x D 335 x H 150 mm. Powerful, it is treated against corrosion and therefore ensures you a certain durability. Equipped with automatic safety, it includes a temperature range that can be adjusted from 93°C to 205°C.

On the other hand, this professional fryer is equipped with 3 powerful burners allowing you a very fast temperature rise to improve cooking quality and Mounted on 4 adjustable height stainless steel feet. Efficient, it allows you to produce 40 Kg of fries per hour. Thanks to its valve with a diameter of 35 mm for the evacuation of used frying oil, access to the drain pan is easy.

The regulator and fitting are not provided. Required fitting: 3/4 female - male 1/2 and Regulator: 28 millibars minimum

NB: Use not recommended outdoors.

The injectors are not interchangeable. Please ensure to select the correct gas when ordering.
