Ideal for catering professionals, this Professional Gas Crepe Maker with Thermostatic Regulation from the Comfort Range features a machined cast iron plate certified for food contact with a diameter of 40 cm. Suitable for regular to intensive use, it has a stainless steel chassis, a robust and durable material. Additionally, the regulation of this device is thermostatic. It is therefore possible to adjust the heat of the device between 50°C and 300°C.

The device is ignited by a spark train. It is integrated into the protected control knob. Furthermore, this crepe maker has a large diameter 8-branch burner for uniform heat distribution. To prevent losses, it is thermally insulated. Additionally, its recessed front panel allows for easy cleaning and better resistance. Finally, its wide feet ensure stability.
