This HNC sushi display case from the brand Hoshizaki is a clever blend of performance and aesthetics. It is the ideal equipment to have in your restaurant business. It has a capacity of 40 liters and can be easily placed on the counter thanks to its contemporary and modern shape.


The Hoshizaki sushi display case will allow you to highlight the quality of the sushi while keeping them fresh at the right temperature.

It is equipped with technology that maintains humidity and temperature at stable levels at all times, unlike forced air circulation methods that dry out the sushi and harm their presentation. This technology allows your sushi to stay fresh longer.


Furthermore, there is no condensation in the display cases, so no water droplets on the products. The static evaporator has a large diameter. The glass of the Hoshizaki sushi display case is curved at the front and sliding on the work side, the presentation support is in black PVC.

The motor is located on the right when facing the appliance.
