Pizza Oven - 3 Chambers - 400 V

Ideal for catering professionals, this 3-Chamber Pizza Oven has remarkably low temperature loss, even when cooking with steam. The external steam generation and refractory bricks ensure a nearly constant temperature in the cooking chamber. This multi-level oven allows you to bake products using a traditional refractory clay bread stone, with separate adjustable upper and lower heat. It is made of stainless steel and has dimensions of 980 x 1330 x 995 mm.

It is equipped with 6 cooking phases and can be set from 1 to 99 minutes, with the option to manually extend the cooking time. It features a date and time display screen, a 7-inch LCD screen, programs, and timer settings. You can control it using a touch button and equip it with LED lighting. 3 cooking chambers measuring L 680 x D 840 x H 160 mm.
