Professional Dishwasher Cube Line 50 x 50 with Softener and Drain Pump

Ideal for catering professionals, this Professional Dishwasher Cube Line 50 x 50 with Softener and Drain Pump has 4 washing cycles and an automatic draining cycle. It allows you to clean glasses of various shapes and sizes as well as plates up to 395 mm in diameter. A guarantee of reliability and ease of use, it includes an ADVANCE control panel to easily view the tank temperature, water heater temperature, system diagnostic messages, scheduled maintenance warning, and smart start button.

Efficient, it ensures a performance of approximately 30 baskets/hour, or around 540 plates/hour when using the provided baskets and the standard 120-second cycle. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, this professional dishwasher is synonymous with strength and durability. The molded washing and rinsing arms also ensure a certain reliability. Furthermore, its double electric doser for detergent and rinse aid ensures impeccable hygiene.

Particularly easy to use, this dishwasher is equipped with an electronic card to configure and control various elements: rinsing durations, washing and rinsing temperatures, and corresponding thermostops to achieve impeccable washing results.

Additionally, it is equipped with an automatic softener to combat limescale formation. This softener is autonomous and adjusts automatically according to the hardness of the incoming water. Simply fill the salt reservoir when the "Low salt" message appears on the screen. Note that it is not necessary to stop the dishwasher as resin regeneration occurs during the washing cycles.

Recommended connection temperature: 55°C.
