Ideal for bakeries and catering professionals, this Fermentation Cabinet measures W 985 x D 850 x H 630 mm and has 2 castors, and 2 swivel castors with brakes. It is entirely made of stainless steel and equipped with LED lighting for the interior and a power of 1200 watts.

Our stainless steel cabinet is designed for professional bakers and restaurant chefs, with 10 horizontal levels compatible with trays of 600 x 400 mm. The distance between levels is 70 mm and the control is both electronic and manual, with a display screen for air humidity, temperature, and duration to facilitate use. The temperature, air humidity, and duration can be electronically controlled for fermentation. It comes with a water inlet hose.

Note: From a water pressure of 3.5 bars, a pressure reducer is necessary.
