Allows cutting vegetables and fruits into thin or waffle slices or sticks. Delivered in a decorated box with demonstration CD.

All cuts are made quickly on the same device without the need to remove or add elements, thanks to the built-in adjustment systems (apple chips, gratins, soufflés, glazed carrots, wafers, etc.)

Thickness can be adjusted using levers that also lock when the desired thickness is reached.

To make stick cuts, each mandoline is equipped with a two-position knife providing two different widths.

The type of knife and widths are engraved on each mandoline.

A protection carriage is available separately.
