It has a drainage tray with level indicator to prevent overflow. Protection against overheating. The chocolate is continuously mixed in an automated way, giving a consistent texture to your hot chocolates.

Equipped with an “anti-drip” tap, its temperature range varies from + 65 °C to + 85 °C. It can withstand an ambient temperature ranging from + 10 °C to + 32 °C. To facilitate cleaning, the device has a removable tank.
