Profi Line Kitchen Knife - 15 cm Blade

This Profi Line Kitchen Knife with 15 cm Blade is made of X50CrMoV15 steel. It has been forged by stamping high-quality carbon steel. The special Chrome-Molybdenum-Vanadium alloy ensures the following characteristics:
- excellent cutting
- long edge life
- easy to sharpen
- highly resistant to corrosion

Approximately 50 manufacturing steps are used to create each knife. Traditional craftsmanship and very precise machines have manufactured this knife until the ideal cutting angle is achieved for each blade. The handle with an exclusive design combines balance, safety, ergonomics, and control. Each knife is individually packaged in a PET blister.
