Bread Knife Series 7 - 20 cm Blade

This classic Japanese VG-10 bread knife is characterized by a base made of stainless steel tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 60°, offering excellent long-lasting cutting quality. Two layers of Damascus steel cover the base to protect it against corrosion. The ergonomic micarta handle offers excellent grip.

Attention: this knife is not dishwasher safe. Ideal for restaurant professionals.
