Has a 10 mm water connection and a safety valve (calibrated at 0.5 bar) with a pressure gauge and a drain valve.

The switch has three positions: - 0: off
- 1: partial load 50%
- 2: full load 100%

Equipped with a safety thermostat with a thermostat adjustment for cooking and automatic water level control in the double wall.

Heating by special alloy resistances "Incoloy 800". High heating performance according to CE-DIN 18855 standards.
