Bain Marie

This professional bain marie has a temperature control. The temperature is adjustable continuously up to 85°C using an adjustable thermostat.

It has a tank entirely made of stainless steel, particularly robust and tough. The edges of the tank are smooth, making it very easy to maintain.

It is suitable for GN 1/1 or GN 1/2 containers up to 150 mm deep.

Delivered without GN containers.
